This is proposal for those who have a free weekend and want to explore unique nature of the Danube Delta reserve. During our tour you will have a chance to immerse in a fascinating nature. Here is our proposal for itinerary:
Day 1
You will depart Tulcea on a board of a boat and head toward Sulina Canal. You will cross Iulia canal, Sontea canal and arrive at Mila 23 village located in the heart of the Danube Delta.. You will stay overnight in Mila 23. You will have a chance to admire fantastic view of sunset on Ligheanca lake. Lunch on board, and dinner in the village.
Day 2
After breakfast, you will go to a nice Batag monastery located in the middle of the reed area. Then, you will have a short boat trip to the wildest corner of the Danube River. You will have a great opportunity for birdwatching. This area is rich in various species. Lunch on board, dinner and accomodation in Mila 23 villagge.
Day 3
After the breakfast you will start an another nice day. Before you return to Tulcea town, you will cross Sontea, Olgutza, Sireasa, Mila 35 canals. You will have a short break for a coffee on Fortuna laket. This tday will be full of herons, swans, pelicans, egrets, white tailed eagle andmore, more others. Lunch on board, including very taste romanian wine.
