Sibiu is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Europe. It is a town located in southern Transylvania, 282 km from Bucharest. The city's historical centre with its outstanding architecture and bochemian charm looks spectacular. Our guide will show you among many things, the impressive colourful Orthodox Cathedral erected in the beginning of the 20th century with the ornate exteriors and magnificent interior, the 14th -century Lutheran Cathedral of Saint Mary, which is the most popular Gothic church in Sibiu. New organ is the largest in the area of the southeastern Europe. The concerts are organised there during the summer. You will see the bridge of Lies which is shrouded in legends. This is cast-iron construction which was installed on a place of a wood bridge in 1859. You will reach the Thick Tower – a defensive construction erected in the 16th century. The next attraction will be the Council Tower on the Little Square which is one of the major monuments of Sibiu.
