While visiting Bran Castle you will get to know the truth about Vlad Dracula. This so–called Dracula's Castle is the 13th – century Teutonic knights' defense fortress, in sober truth. Bran Castle is towering over the surroundings, it is located on a rocky hill and it looks really impressive. Legends of the castle and its alleged tenant makes this place exceptionally interesting. However, the castle offers much more: history of Queen Maria and her husband, beautiful furnished interiors, a spectacular views over the surroundings and other interesting places. The next site you will visit during our tour will be Rasnov Fortress. It is huge 14th-century fortress located on a top of a hill, so you will have a chance to admire fantastic panoramic views of Bucegi & Piatra Craiului Mountains. Not only will you see strong walls, towers, bastions, but also the deepest well in Eastern Europe (146m) and a museum.
