During our one day tour you will visit the Targoviste Princely Court which was the real court of Vlad the Impaler. This place is located in Transylvanian Alps, around 80 km from Bucharest. It is a former capital of Walachia region and the main residence of Vlad Dracula. You will see here many interesting buildings such as Princely Court, Princely Church, Chindia Tower, Museum of the printing press and much more. Then you will go to the ruins of the Poienari Citadel situated on the cliff. Climbing 1480 steps you will reach the highest point of the Arges gorges where you will have a chance to admire amazing landscape surrounding the citadel. The next stop will be the first capital of Wallachia - Curtea de Arges located on the bank of the Arges River. This old medieval town offers numerous interesting sites. During a walk along old medieval streets you will see the Princely Church and Old Court ruins and the 16th-century Episcopal Church where the rulers of Romania have been burried.
